My first order with this company took 10 days to arrive, the second order arrived within a few days but the wrong parts were sent.
These were test purchases before I place regular larger orders (won't be happening now).
On a more positive note when I phoned the phone was answered after a couple of rings and I was promised the missing parts would be sent out. I'm now waiting for the correct parts to arrive, could be a long wait.
If anyone in the UK knows of a reliable supplier, please let me know!

Original delivery arrived promptly even though order was close to Christmas.
Queries about instructions dealt with over the phone.
1 piece damaged in transit replaced within 36 hours.

Did not bother to tell me a week later that my order was not in stock untill the new year after i ordered it.I was for a xmas present.Only found this out when i rand them up to see where my order was only then was i informed of this.Would not use this company

I have noted that this model shop had quite a few bad reviews but they were during the COVID period.

My personal experience has been very good. 3 expensive models purchased on all delivered quickly and very well packaged. The most recent one related to this review was free standard delivery 3-5 days and arrived next day!

I have rung them 3 times for advice and help and never had any problem getting through and satisfied with the customer service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, very quick to respond and accommodating!

I have a problem with one of their kits (the kit was poor)
I email on Thursday night had a reply by 9.00 problem storted by Noon - well done Hobbies.
I have made several purchases from them in the past and any problems solved quickly.

Order arrived by 48 hour courier 5 days after dispatch confirmation. seems unlikely it was dispatched when they said.
Worst of all, order included several 1 meter long planking packs which had all been cut in half to fit package! All too short to use now so useless waste of money.

Wish I'd read reviews on this site before ordering.

Don't buy. Ordered 10 days ago. No correspondence since so rang today. Order dispatched apparently but a fault with their email mend they couldn't tell me!? I doubt that. Order missing with royal mail apparently. They'll send another but I have to pay return postage if the missing item turns up. No apologies and when I said its complain on review site was told that it read what I read going to do anyway regardless of what they said! Really, good to know they're mind readers too. I've never been spoken to in such a rude manner. But having since read other reviews they clearly are a bunch of rude con artists that accept no responsibly for your order. Not worth the risk of it goes wrong.

I ordered a dolls house kit as their price was better than elsewhere. Free delivery due to the cost.
Arrived in a a matter of days, extremely well packed and undamaged via DHL.
Unfortunately a part was missing, but this was obviously a packing error in the factory in Thailand.
I phoned Hobbies and they arranged a replacement part without quibble.
The part arrived in a couple of days, again well packed.
Great price, great service.

Ordered a wet palette kit and unfortunately the wrong item was posted to me (refill kit).
Called up and after a few minutes got through, and they acknowledged they'd sent the wrong item.
The lady on the other end apologised and posted the correct item that day, arriving 2 days later.
Cannot fault the customer service, and it's also a good quality palette.
Very happy

Full of excuses.
Nothing but rude liars.
Their prices are absolutely a rip off.
More arrogant people you will find hard to match.
Always someone else's fault.
Really despicable arrogance.
Don't waste your money.
Go elsewhere as you will just be ripped off.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide on a remote control car for my son . Great customer service when they fixed my son’s drone without cost. All their products are of high quality. Also, an extra bonus is they speak English .

Placed a order over a week ago they took money right away the order was ment to be today so I rang them an haven't got a clue to where my order don't have a clue what they are doing a child could run it better so going to a better company

Lousy service, zero communications, took payment without goods in stock, phones not answered when they did was cut off twice . Really need to get their act together said their system was down so could not call or check stock but kept their site live and took orders they could not meet they should have shut the whole site down to taking any orders till this was sorted instead of messing people around . Totally unimpressed
